Used Car Limited Warranty

All cars are sold with a standard 6 month limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty document supplied at sale for the exact cover, exclusions, claim process and vehicle-specific terms.

Standard 6 Month Warranty

Every eligible vehicle sold by Axis Auto Imports includes a standard limited warranty for 6 months from handover.

  • Applies to eligible used vehicles sold by Axis Auto Imports
  • Warranty period starts from the handover/sale date
  • Cover is limited to the terms stated in the supplied warranty document
  • Warranty claims must be reported as soon as a fault is noticed

Typical Covered Items

Coverage can vary by vehicle, mileage and final warranty document. Typical limited-warranty items may include specified major mechanical and electrical components.

  • Engine internal components, subject to terms
  • Gearbox/transmission internal components, subject to terms
  • Cooling and charging system components, where listed
  • Selected electrical components, where listed

Common Exclusions

Used car warranties normally exclude wear-and-tear, service items and damage caused by misuse, neglect or continued driving after a fault appears.

  • Tyres, brakes, clutch friction materials and wipers
  • Routine servicing, fluids, filters and bulbs
  • Cosmetic trim, paint, glass and bodywork
  • Faults caused by accident damage, misuse or lack of maintenance

Warranty Claim Process

If an issue occurs, stop using the vehicle where safe to do so and contact Axis Auto Imports before authorising repairs.

  • Contact Axis Auto Imports with the vehicle details and symptoms
  • Provide photos, videos or diagnostic information where possible
  • Do not continue driving if it may worsen the fault
  • Repairs must be agreed in line with the warranty document

Optional Upgrade

Extended 1 Year Warranty Package

An extended warranty package is available from €599, covering up to 1 year or 10,000 km, whichever comes first.
